Privacy Policy
This policy explains how personal data is collected, used and protected on udm.az. By using the site you agree to the practices described here.
What we collect
When you submit an appointment request, the following is recorded:
- Name — so we can contact you
- Phone number — to confirm and arrange the appointment
- Message text — only if you write one
- Selected department — to route the request to the right physician
- Technical data — the IP address the request was sent from, date/time and site language. This protects against abuse and automated spam.
If you contact us through WhatsApp or by phone, that channel’s own terms also apply.
How we use it
Collected data is used solely to handle your enquiry: to contact you, arrange an appointment time, and keep a record of your request. We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it to third parties.
Who has access
Requests are stored in the center’s internal management panel and only authorised staff — intake coordinators and the relevant clinical personnel — can view them. Access to the panel is password-protected.
Retention
Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to deliver the service and support continuity of care. If you want your data deleted, contact us using the details below.
Your rights

- Request deletion of your data

To exercise these rights, contact the center through the contact page or by phone.
Security
The site encrypts all traffic over HTTPS. Forms are protected against CSRF. Even so, no transmission over the internet can be considered 100% secure — please do not write detailed medical information into the form; discuss it at your appointment or by phone.
