Q&A

How do I book an appointment?

You can book an appointment by filling out the form on our website, calling the phone number listed on the site, or contacting us via WhatsApp. Once we receive your request, our team will get in touch with you to arrange a suitable time.

What documents should I bring to the appointment?

It is recommended to bring an identification document (passport or ID card), along with any previous test results, medical records, or a doctor's referral, if you have one. To confirm whether any additional documents are needed for your specific case, please contact the center.

Do you accept insurance?

Insurance partnership terms may vary. To find out exactly whether your insurance plan is accepted at our center, please contact us directly.

What should I do in an emergency?

If you notice life-threatening symptoms (severe chest pain, difficulty breathing, loss of consciousness, etc.), call emergency medical services (103) immediately or go to the nearest emergency department. Contacting our center is not a substitute for emergency medical services.

Do you accept children as patients?

Some of our departments serve patients across different age groups. We recommend contacting the center to find out which department is suitable for your child's specific situation.

When will test results be ready?

The turnaround time for results depends on the type of examination performed. You will be informed of the exact timeframe after the procedure, or you can contact the center for this information.

Do I need a referral from another doctor for a consultation?

In many cases, you can register for a consultation directly, without a referral. To confirm whether a referral is required in your case, please use the contact form or call us.
