You may typically need
- An identification document — national ID card or passport.
- Results of previous examinations and tests — lab tests, ECG, echocardiography, MRI/CT, ultrasound, or other examinations already performed (if available).
- A list of medications you are taking — including dosages, especially any related to the cardiovascular system.
- A referral — if you have a referral from another doctor or clinic.
- Insurance documentation — if you have medical insurance, the relevant document or card.
